All you need for 2 servings:
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 small banana
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp chia seed
Combine in blender, blast until smooth.
I like to add the Chia Seed into the glass after blending |

I would suggest you have a toothbrush on hand ...the berries and seeds do get stuck in your teeth, making such a beautiful smile!
